STAYING WITH US

 

Kelberg House is a 30 acre private estate with multiple activities across the site. Run by Matt & Hanna, who work in the equestrian and film & theatre industries. Our space is a blend of the two worlds with a professional film & theatre creation space, movement studio, guest apartments and an equestrian training, rehabilitation and teaching venue. Whether you are coming to stay with us for one night or an extended training stay for you and your horse, we want to ensure that you have a fun, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Our apartments are all self contained and vary in size. Situated on the top floor of the house, they offer great views across the land and surrounding area, providing a tranquil cocoon for the perfect get away. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, living and eating space.

If you are staying with your horse, our aim is to create a programme that mixes focused training time, with opportunity to spend some down time with your horse as well

For larger groups  the apartments can be block booked, allowing groups to eat and meet together  still providing privacy for those that need space.

We are situated between Oxford and Bicester, less than 10 minutes drive from Bicester Village, and only a short distance from the A34 and M40.

There are plenty of places to walk and explore locally, with two cafes near by offering great brunch options and an antiques market just a short walk away.

Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is our one bedroom apartment on the top floor of the house. This is a perfect little apartment for someone needing a space of their own, a couple having a weekend break or family who need two beds for children.

Entire Apartment

Members £100 per night | £500 per week Non-members £150 per night | £750 per week

The apartment has a double bed in its own bedroom and the option of a day bed that can be made in to either two singles or 1 kingsized bed in the main living space.

Utilities include

  • A kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and equipment to cook.
  • A bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and towels for two guests
  • A living area with a sofa and arm chair
  • A dining space with table for 4 - 6 people
  • Tea and coffee making facilities and milk is provided

Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is our two bedroom apartment on the top floor of the house - with views over the paddocks and garden, the apartment has two double beds in their own bedrooms. This is a perfect apartment for two couples, a family, or friends who would like their own space. This apartment can be booked by the room, or you can book both rooms to have the apartment to yourself.

Apartment 2 Room 1

Members £75 per night | £375 per week Non-members £100 per night | £500 per week

Situated at the back of the house, Bedroom 1 is nearest the front door and overlooks the garden and the paddocks. The bedroom has a double bed, chair, chest of drawers and luggage rack.

Utilities include

  • A kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and equipment to cook.
  • A bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and towels for two guests
  • A living area with a large corner sofa and TV
  • A kitchen table for two
  • Tea and coffee making facilities and milk is provided
